Great People Don't Become Great Automatically.  Babe Ruth was famous for hitting a total of 714 home runs, but few people know that he struck out 1,330 times.  The Babe swung so hard that when he missed he often fell down.  Covered with dirt, often hearing the thousands of boos, he would tip his hat to the fans.  What does a person think of, when being booed by7 thousands, that he can still tip his hat to the fans?  Somehow he has come to realize, "I must fail frequently if I am to succeed." Whose job is it?  This is a story about four people.  Their names were Everybody, Somebody,

Anybody and Nobody.  Now there happened to be an important job to do around the fraternity house.  At a chapter meeting, Everybody was asked to do it.  Everybody was sure Somebody would do it.  Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.  Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.  Everybody thought Anybody could do it but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.  It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.
